An approach that builds your capacities

I am an Integral Associate Coach™, trained at Integral Coaching Canada (ICF-accredited programme). Integral coaching is a developmental approach: it is not about receiving advice, but about developing your own capacities to approach what matters to you differently and achieve results that were out of reach until now.

Two dimensions move forward together:

  • Awareness: seeing how you approach your topic today, and discovering a new way of seeing and approaching it.
  • New capacities: building concrete, tailor-made skills, so that the change lasts after the coaching ends.

You remain the expert on your own life: I don’t tell you what to do, I support you in finding your own answers.

One topic, one programme

We work on a specific topic: something you long to accomplish but have not managed to so far. This topic gives the coaching its frame and direction. Each session builds on the previous one, over a few months.

What topic matters to you?

Coaching is for you if you long to accomplish something you have not managed to so far. For example:

  • Slowing down and living with more balance, joy and serenity, between work and private life
  • Approaching a change or a new stage by developing the capacities it requires
  • Approaching an important decision with more clarity
  • Embodying a quality or skill that matters to you (asserting yourself, listening, delegating, letting go)

How it works

  1. First meeting: clarifyWe define your topic, what matters to you, and how you approach it today.
  2. Your programmeI propose a tailor-made programme, which we adjust together: the topic, the capacities to develop, the estimated duration (often around four months) and our agreements, including confidentiality.
  3. Cycles of developmentA meeting every two to three weeks. We look back at what you learned from your practices, measure your progress, then choose the next step.
  4. ReviewWe take stock of the road travelled, of what remains useful to you, and of what comes next.

Between sessions

For the change to take root, you practise at your own pace: small, doable exercises with a short moment of reflection. The first one is a self-observation exercise lasting a few weeks, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes a day. After that, the practices are chosen with you, meeting by meeting.

Session length: 60 minutes, in person or by video call. Rate: CHF 200. See also the rates page.

Good to know. Coaching is not therapy: it does not treat psychological disorders or health problems, and does not replace medical, psychological or legal advice. If your situation calls for it, I will refer you to a suitable professional. Everything said in a session remains confidential.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions should I plan?

It depends on your topic. As a guide, a programme lasts about four months, with a meeting every two to three weeks. We define the duration together.

What is the difference with therapy?

Therapy deals with psychological difficulties and their causes. Coaching is future-oriented: it builds your capacities to achieve what matters to you. It is not advice, mentoring or therapy.

Can I combine coaching and reflexology?

Yes. Some people alternate the two, or start with a relaxation session before getting down to work.
