Payment
Payment is made at the end of the session: cash, TWINT or bank transfer.
Cancellation
An appointment can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. After that, the session may be charged.
Insurance reimbursement
Some supplementary insurance plans refund part of the cost of sessions with recognised therapists. Conditions vary by insurer and contract: please check directly with your insurer.
